Nonye Cally-Bechi is a Chartered Human Resource Practitioner and corporate trainer with nearly two decades of experience aligning human capital with business objectives to drive high-performance culture, having trained over 80,000 professionals across all levels while serving as Head of HR at Fundvine Group and on boards for women’s health and youth development initiatives.

Nonye Cally-Bechi is a Chartered Human Resources Practitioner and Executive Coach with nearly two decades of experience in HR consulting, corporate training, and leadership development. She specializes in aligning human capital with business objectives to drive profit, productivity, and high-performance culture.

As Head of Human Resources & Programmes at Fundvine Group, she leads strategic people operations and talent development initiatives. Prior to this, she held senior leadership roles at Poise Nigeria and Poise School of Communication, including Chief Operations Officer, Group Head of Programmes & Research, and Head of Department / CEO.

Nonye has trained over 60,000 youths for employability and delivered executive-level training to more than 20,000 Senior Executives, C-Suite leaders, civil servants, and government officials across local and multinational companies, public and private sectors.

She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), an Associate Member of WIMBIZ, and holds a Certificate in Organisational Culture from Culture Factor Africa (formerly Hofstede Insights).

Nonye serves on the Board of Motherhood Initiative Nigeria & Motherhood Ng, advocating for maternal health through Project Safe Birth, Project First Five Years, and the Teenage Wellness Programme. She is also a Board Member of Transforming Life Initiatives in Ajegunle, Lagos State, where she mentors young girls and boys.

She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelor of Arts in Performing Arts from the University of Ilorin.
