BUA Foods declares N3.50 as dividend, profit rises by 85.06% in FY 2021

BUA Foods Plc has declared a dividend of N3.50 to its shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2021.

The Audited Financial Statement of the Company shows significant growth in the Company’s top line and bottom line figures.

A turnover of N333.27 billion was reported for the 12 months period, up by 72.81% from N192.86 billion reported the previous year.

Profit after tax grew by 97.05% to N69.77 billion from N35.41 billion reported in FY 2020.

Earnings per share of the Company stands at N3.88, up by 85.06% from the EPS of N1.97 achieved the previous financial year.

At the share price of N59.50, the P/E ratio of BUA Foods stands at 15.35x with earnings yield of 6.51%.
