GTCO gets CBN approval for payment subsidiary

Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange and the investing public of the receipt of the final approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria for its wholly owned Payment Subsidiary, HabariPay Limited.

Commenting on the new subsidiary, the Group CEO of GTCO Plc, Segun Agbaje said: Payments are central to the development of financial services globally and represents a key growth area for the Group.
