Industrial and Medical Gases proposes 40 kobo dividend to shareholders

Industrial and Medical Gases Nigeria Plc on April 12th, 2023 released its audited financial report for the period ended 31st of December, 2022.

The firm reported a total Revenue of N5.34 billion, up by 44.32% when compared with N3.70 billion recorded in 2021.

Profit before tax PBT was N704 million, grew by 27.56% when compared with PBT of N552 million in 2021.

IMG posted a profit after tax of N448 billion, soared by 20.52% from the previous Profit after Tax of N372 million in 2021.

The Earnings per share of Industrial and Medical Gases Nigeria Plc stands at 90 kobo against the earnings per share of 74 kobo recorded in 2021.

With reference to the share price of N7.30, the P.E ratio of the company stands at 8.13x with earnings yield of 12.30%.

Cash dividend of 40 Kobo per ordinary share was proposed by the company’s directors to the shareholders against a stock dividend of one for every five shares on the issued share capital of 416,244,706 that was paid in 2021.
