The Dangote Refinery has announced a reduction in the cost of its diesel, lowering the gantry price from N1,075 per litre to N1,020 per litre. Additionally, the company has cut its ex-depot price for petrol from N950 per litre to N890 per litre.

A company statement read:

“Since commencing diesel production in January 2024, the refinery has lowered prices more than three times, from an initial N1,700 per litre to the current rate. This move provides much-needed relief to manufacturers and consumers alike.”
