Conoil Plc has declared a final dividend of N3.50 to shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2024. This is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval.
The qualification date is on Friday 21st day of November 2025. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 24th – 28th November 2025.
On 23rd December 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of 21st November 2025 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
