Aradel Holdings Plc declares N8 interim dividend to shareholders

Aradel Holdings Plc has declared an interim dividend of N8 to its shareholders for the period ended 30 September 2024.

The qualification date for the proposed dividend is 20 November 2024. To facilitate the payment of the dividend, Aradel’s Registrars, Coronation Registrars Limited, will close the Register of Shareholders on 21 November 2024.

The interim dividend will be paid electronically on 27 November 2024 to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of 20 November 2024, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their bank accounts.

For the nine-month period (Q3 2024), the company reported revenue of N337.58 billion, reflecting a growth of 206.86% from N123.05 billion in the previous year. Profit after tax for the same period was N110.58 billion, marking a significant increase of 477.21% from N19.16 billion reported the previous year.

The Group’s earnings per share (EPS) stands at N25.45. With a share price of N550.1, Aradel Holdings has a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 21.61x and an earnings yield of 4.63%.
