FG auctions N350bn February 2025 savings bond

The Debt Management Office on behalf of the Federal Government issued N350 billion worth of Saving Bonds in February 2025.

The bonds are offered for subscription by auction on Monday, according to the offer circular issued by the DMO on behalf of the Federal Government.

In a circular by the Debt Management Office, the bonds were reissued as follow:

  • N200 billion at the interest rate of 19.30%, due in April 2029 (5 year reopening)
  • N150 billion at the interest rate of 18.50%, due in February 2031 (7 years reopening)

The settlement date of the auction is Wednesday, 26th February 2025.
