Northern Nigeria Flour Mills Plc announces 35 kobo as final dividend to shareholders

Northern Nigeria Flour Mills Plc has declared 35 kobo as final dividend to shareholders for the year ended 31 March 2023.

The qualification date for this is 22nd August, 2023. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 23rd August to 25th August 2023.

On Friday 8th September 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of 22nd of August 2023 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.

The Audited Report of the Company shows revenue growth of 6.10% year on year, from N15.23 billion to N16.16%.

Profit after tax grew by 238.2% to N272.82 million from N80.67 million reported the previous year.

Earnings per share of the NNFM stands at N1.53.

At the share price of N12.3, the P/E ratio of Northern Nigeria Flour Mills stands at 8.03x with earnings yield of 12.45%.
