NPF Microfinance Bank declares 12kobo to shareholders, reports N1.02bn profit in FY 2023

NPF Microfinance Bank Plc has announced a final dividend of 12 kobo per share for the year ending December 31, 2023.

The company reported gross earnings of N10.3 billion for the 12-month period, representing a 43.99% increase from the N7.15 billion recorded in FY 2022.

Profit after tax for the period reached N1.02 billion, marking a 15.56% rise from the N882.168 million reported the previous year.

Earnings per share stood at N0.17.

With a share price of N1.68, the price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of NPF Microfinance Bank is 9.88x, and the earnings yield is 10.13%.

The qualification date for the declared dividend is October 7, 2024. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from October 8 to October 11, 2024. The payment date is set for November 1, 2024.
