Sterling Bank Plc announces retirement and the resignation of Directors

Sterling Bank Plc has notified the investing public of the retirement of Dr. (Mrs.) Omolara Akanji and the resignation of Mr. Emmanuel Emefienim from the Board of Sterling Bank Plc (the Bank).

Dr. (Mrs) Omolara Akanji retired as an Independent Non-Executive Director after 8 (eight) years of meritorious service to the Bank while Mr. Emefienim had served on the Board as Executive Director, Institutional Banking Directorate.

The Board and Management of Sterling Bank Plc thank both Dr. Akanji and Mr. Emefienim for their meritorious service and wish them continued success in their future endeavors.
