Transcorp appoints Funmi Olofintuyi as Acting Company Secretary

Transnational Corporation Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange of the resignation of the Group Company Secretary of Transnational Corporation Plc, Mrs. Kofo Olokun – Olawoyin with effect from October 11, 2022.

Mrs. Funmi Olofintuyi has been appointed as the Acting Company Secretary and will assume the role in that capacity effective, October 11, 2022.

Funmi Olofintuyi obtained an LL.B degree from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and possesses a Master’s Degree with Merit in International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation from the University of Warwick. With over a decade of legal experience, Funmi has strong background and competencies in Statutory Regulations Compliance, Company Secretarial, Corporate Governance, Debt Recovery, Cross Border Commercial Transactions, and Commercial Litigation.
