UBA Declares 25 Kobo Interim Dividend as H1 2025 Profit Hits ₦335.5bn

United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) has announced an interim dividend of 25 kobo per share for the half-year period ended June 30, 2025.

The Group posted gross earnings of ₦1.62 trillion, representing an 18.0% increase from ₦1.37 trillion recorded in H1 2024. Profit after tax rose 6.1% year-on-year to ₦335.53 billion, compared to ₦316.36 billion in the corresponding period of 2024.

UBA reported earnings per share (EPS) of ₦8.86. At a share price of ₦47, the bank’s price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio stands at 5.30x, with an earnings yield of 18.85%.
