Aluminium Extrusion Industries Plc declares 50 kobo dividend to shareholders

Aluminium Extrusion Industries Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange that the company proposed a final dividend of 50 Kobo for every share of 50kobo, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 27th day of May, 2022.

The Register of Shareholders will be closed from May 30 to June 6, 2022.

Although payment date has not yet been decided, the company stated that dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at May 27, 2022 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
