Cutix Plc declares 12 kobo dividend to shareholders, AGM to hold August 25

Cutix Plc has notified the investing public that the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Anaedo Social Club Hall, 20, Ezenwegbu Road, Otolo, Nnewi, Anambra State on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 11 a.m.

The Board of Directors of the Company is recommended the payment of a dividend of 12 kobo per 50 kobo ordinary shares.

If the dividend recommended by the Directors is approved by members at the Annual General Meeting, the amount will be credited directly, on August 31, 2023, to mandated accounts of members so entitled whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on August 11, 2023.

The Audited Financial Statement of the Company for the year ended 30 April, 2023 revealed a turnover of N9.26 billion for the 12 months period, up by 17.53% from N7.88 billion reported the previous year.


Profit after tax of N808.96 million was achieved for the year under review, marginally up by 0.13% from the profit after tax of N807.87 million reported the previous year.


Earnings per share of Cutix plc stands at N0.23.


At the share price of N2.67, the P/E ratio of Cutix Plc stands at 11.63x with earnings yield of 8.60%.
